NUFOLK Festival

NUFOLK is an international folk festival, where the dialogue of traditions and customs with new trends and contemporary innovations is sought. Event with the participation of folk artists of the moment, workshops, shows and a craft market, among other activities.

Concert "Nanushka"

The chairty concert in Posada de Oitz. It was pleasure to see people who came to listent to ukrainian artist Nanushka and in same time to donate for the Ukraine. Posada de Oitz, as well, donated the half of their incomes. that night for the Ukrainian association "Come back Alive". Concert "Dúo Dídyma"

Celtic sounds, music to dance and jump... Dúo Dydima will invite us to enojoy the Irish vibes in a concert that will transform our Inn into a typical Irish pub. This group of two young and talented women, Ohiane (violin) and Cecilia (cello), perform from Scottish, Gaelic melodies, to compositions from the old masters to the 21st century. A new and different concert in the village of Oitz, a show that can transport the listener to medieval times, to the magical forests of Ireland and to the tenderness of traditional dances.

This time, in Posada de Oitz will play one of the actual country musician. Matt Horan is an american singer and composer of country music who will perform in a different place as usual, in a small village. We will try to bring different music for the locals.

WORKSHOP: CARNAVAL MASKS

Children and youngsteers from the village of Oitz and surround participated in a workshop making their own masks, using recicled materials and getting prepared for the Carnival of the Region of Navarra. The workshop took place in Posada de Oitz.

Last 22nd of January in Posada de Oitz, the music group Hello Chello! played an special concert with a variety of pieces like Saint-Saens or Boccherini, but also known songs like "Love Story", "Txoria-txori" and own creations of the composer David Johnstone.
