Let’s grow something together

We believe that meaningful projects begin with meaningful relationships.

We are interested in connecting with organisations, informal groups and initiatives that share our interest in rural communities, youth, culture, volunteering, intercultural learning and community participation.

We are particularly interested in building relationships with organisations that see international cooperation not simply as a way to develop projects, but as an opportunity to learn from each other, exchange experiences and create something together over time.

Interested in working together?

If your organisation shares some of these interests, we would be happy to hear from you.

Tell us who you are, what you are working on and what kind of collaboration you have in mind.

What we are looking for

We would like to connect with organisations across Europe interested in:

  • youth exchanges and European mobility;

  • volunteering and solidarity;

  • rural youth and rural communities;

  • culture and local heritage;

  • community participation;

  • intercultural and intergenerational learning;

  • exchanging practices and methodologies;

  • developing European projects together.

But collaboration does not always need to begin with a project.

Sometimes it can start with a conversation, sharing an opportunity, visiting each other, exchanging experiences or helping young people from one community participate in an initiative organised by another.

We prefer to start by getting to know each other and let good projects grow from there.

What we can bring

Invernadero Cultural brings experience in international volunteering, mentoring, cultural projects and working in intercultural environments.

We also bring something very specific: a connection with rural Navarra and the ambition to create bridges between small communities and international opportunities.

We are interested not only in what other organisations can bring to our territory, but also in what our communities, experiences and perspectives can contribute to theirs.
